One step forward…Phillies lose to the Dodgers

OK – I’m officially worried about Jamie Moyer.  Not so much because of this year, but because of the two more he’s signed for.  A pitcher like Moyer is going to give up the long-ball, but it’s not just that.  Tonight the Dodgers figured him out the second time around. I expect that from a veteran team like the Mets, but with all the young hitters the Dodgers have, it shouldn’t be that easy.

On a brighter note – Jimmy Rollins hit a home run tonight and hit the ball hard.  Even Jimmy might have to admit Charlie was right.  A few more days down at five is probably not such a bad idea.

Question – does Happ pitching tonight eliminate him from Saturday? Guess we’ll find out tomorrow.
